Blue, red and yellow are basic (primary) colours, which, in traditional art like painting, can be used to create all the other socondary colours. They have also a specific meaning.
Yellow represents hope, optimism and idealism, but also marks a warning, a betrayal -it conveys a lot thet happens in the plot of The Force Awakens.
Red stands for power, war and aggression, but also represents love, passion an energy -think the Throne Room Battle in The Last Jedi.
Blue is the colour of order, peace and loyalty, truth and harmony, it is also said to prevent chaos. How it will translate into the Episode IX?
We shall see…

My Ode to the Reylo Community
So, two nights ago I went to an AITAF charity event to see Adam Driver. I immediately struck up a conversation with a girl sitting next to me in the front row and we quickly realized we were both Reylos. This of course sparked a conversation. It was like finding your ONE ONLY ALLY in a crowd full of fanboys.
Her name was Bri and she traveled all the way from North Carolina to see Adam with her husband, who served and was discharged due to medical reasons. Truly awesome. We really out here supporting Adam to the fullest.
Of course, we exchanged usernames and such. When I told her I was sadboykylo, her jaw IMMEDIATELY dropped and she whipped her phone out. It is a small world because the stranger next to me WAS READING MY REYLO AO3 FICS.
We are now really good friends and plan on meeting up at Star Wars celebration next year in Chicago!
Reylo community I fucking love you. SO MUCH.

The ROTS novelization elaborates on the fact that in those last few days before Anakin’s fall, he’d barely gotten any sleep, on account of all the stresses bearing down on him all at once (just finding out he was an expecting father, Padme’s possible impending death, the Council and their bullshit, Padme also trying to get him to leverage his relationship with Palpatine). And Ben, I think we all know how he’s got issues with sleep, period.

The film highlights and delights in depicting Rey’s “female gaze”, and it is such an interesting way of presenting the blossoming maturation of her sexuality. Furthermore the composition of the scene (acting, lighting, costume or lack thereof etc.) speaks volumes about how she is confronted with both a very human part of herself and a vulnerable aspect to him all in one scene.

It makes so much sense that that “something Kylo can’t quite place” could be a romantic interest towards Rey. I’m not going to list all the reasons why Kylo is clearly attracted to her (I’m just gonna remind you of how he gave her the once-over in the woods and how he was staring at her lips during the interrogation) because there has been tons of meta about it already, but the mere fact Adam said “something to be feared” about Kylo’s feelings for Rey is very telling. I mean, what is there to fear for a warrior of the dark side? The light (not intended like the Jedi do, but simply as the opposite of the dark side) and the feelings that come with it, such as compassion and love.

Add that Kylo lived a lonely life desperately searching for affection, which means he’s probably never been in love or never felt anything even remotely close to it, than you have the answer as to why he “fears” the feelings he has for Rey. They’re confusing, they’re unknown to him and they’re dangerous for what he’s trying to be and what he’s trying to achieve, aka a merciless warrior of the darkness fueled by anger and hate.
